To meet the competitive demands on lawyers today, Karen Kaplowitz , the legal business development coach, has created an intensive training workshop with individual coaching to maximize the value of high potential partners and senior associates.

Each client engagement is customized for each law firm. The New Ellis Group begins with a thorough review of the existing organizational structure and designs a unique questionnaire for the participants to share important information about their existing business, resources, opportunities, and skills. During the workshop, The New Ellis Group utilizes cases and situations from the attorneys’ own law firms to provide clear and actionable business development training. Workshops are followed by one-on-one coaching by Karen Kaplowitz, to leverage the lessons learned from the workshop in a measurable way.
